Fergus Ustianowski is the Regional Chair for the Western Counties Liberal Democrats. He currently sits on the English Council Executive (ECE) and the English Finance and Administration Committee (EFAC), and has been part of the regional executive since October 2020. Previously, Fergus served for two years as Candidates Chair, selecting and supporting the party’s candidates for the 2024 General Election across the region.
